I received a wrong product from Amazon India on **th of September **** which costs me Rs ****. I ordered for Lenovo portable USB *.* external hard drive but the seller sent me GLINK USB *.* in a K* TOTAL SECURITY BOX. I complaint to Amazon India customer service several times but non of them are interested in solving my problem. Instead they are just wasting my time by placing a replacement order and during pickup they are automatically giving the message of pickup cancelled and there was a incident when the pickup boy came he said that he was there to pickup Lenovo hard drive which I didn't get and he is sorry that he can't pickup the package that I received of GLINK. Now tell me how it's possible for me to return a product which I didn't get. I have already sent the pictures of the box that contained the GLINK product with the order ID on it and the picture of the product that I received to the customer service executive which they demanded during the call. Still they are not interested in solving my problem and it has been ** days since I received the product. I also want to file a complain against the seller who is a total fraud. The seller ( ABHISHEK RASTOGI) License should be cancelled so that he will never get to cheat his customers.
