- Wrong package delivered Open
I ordered a laptop, but they delivered me a wrong laptop.It was mentioned in the specs of the laptop that it has Nvidia mx150 graphics (in the amazon website) but the product delivered to me had mx 130 graphics. Moreover, they first said that they will replace the product but then after 7 days of delivery of product they told that they will be refunding the money instead. So now i have to again order a new laptop.Wasted 13 days for nothing.Then it has been 20 days and money is not yet been refunded.I was in urgent need of the laptop and these people has made my days more miserable. It's 20 days and still waiting..who is going to pay for my time??They only say sorry...instead of quickly taking actions they asking me to wait ..why should i wait?? Only i have to pay for their mistake. This is so not fair. And all this happened after I have contacted their customer and even the seller 'Amezon Sales' regarding product's specs. They all said the product specs are rightly mentioned and then this happens. Whose blunder is this ??They have to pay for this. Why should a customer only suffer? We have much more important things to do than them.. We have to take action against such careless behaviours of Amazon .
