Dear Sir/Madam,
After seeing add from Maharashtra Times epaper (Link: https://maharashtratimes.indiatimes.com/gadget-news/mobile-phones/realme-*-pro-refurbished-model-at-rupees-****-only/articleshow/********.cms) I have ordered refurbished mobile Realme *pro on Free Ka Maal website www.freekamal.co.in as a guest buyer and made payment of Rs. **** with Ref: ZOOM COMMERCE-************ and after placement of order I got order confirmation sms from website with order no. ***************
And after placement of after * days on **.**.**** they shipped the mobile through speed post tracking no. EF*********IN and package received on **.**.****.
But in the package there is no refurbished Realme *pro mobile it contains very cheap mobile of Viwa company.
Now, I have dialed mobile no mentioned on website i.e. *********** but it was continuously switched off.
Please help me for getting back my Rs. **** & sending back the above mobile received from fraud company Free ka mal
