- Wrong item received Open
I ordered ASUS ROG Zephyrus G**(****) laptop on **th Sept **** from Amazon. It is an amazon fulfilled product so delivery and handling was from amazon. when I opened the box, there was a wrong item as shown in attached images. Unboxing video is also available. Amazon initiated return pickup which was cancelled * times after which finally pickup was done. Although pickup was done on **th Oct **** the refund is not initiated yet, even after **days since return pickup. My *nd Emi is also initiated now for which I have to pay Rs.**** from my pocket. Amazon is not taking any action in refunding the money. I want Amazon to refund the money along with extra Rs.**** which is * Emi interest paid along with charges.
