Hello team, I had ordered Haier ***L side by side refrigerator from Amazon ** days back and I received defective item. I scheduled return pickup for the refrigerator * times till date and Amazon pickup agents either cancel the pickup without contacting me or they call and ask what is the item and as soon as they know that it is a refrigerator, they never come to pickup.
It has happened with me * times and I have not got any kind of help and resolution from Amazon in this matter. I even talked to their Managers and they always schedule a new pickup everytime and then pickup agents don’t call and same story continues.
I am having mental breakdown and stress due to this situation as I have paid *****:/- for the refrigerator and Amazon is making me financially stressed and broke.
Please help me here, thank you :(
