Amazon India - Refund of Amount for defective mobie device

First of all Amazon india delivers faulty products since inception there was the charging and heating issue in the mobile device samsung A** which I have purchased from amazon india also as mentioned to the brand and Amazon India about the issues but no support on picking up the defective item.First of all amazon acknowledge the issue and schedule the pickup but No one coming from their end for pickup which delay the refund process multiple mail communication exchanged but no support and now they are refusing the same.
