I am Monika Sharma and in good thought I decided to go to Singapore with my family and I have taken make my trip package. I would like to share worst experience of my life, please note the below points-
*. Early October I have finalized package with Meenakshi Verma, from very beginning I told her about my travel plan that I am going on **th Nov and my family will come **th Nov.
*. As per the payment plan mentioned in below email I have made full payment in end of October.
*. After making full payment Meenakshi Verma told me that she had given my wrong booking id and payment had gone somewhere else, now I need to pay INR **** which will be refunded later or I will get TCS certificate. I was not happy about this but as a good will gesture I paid this amount on **th Nov.
*. Even after repeated reminder with Meenakshi regarding my Visa there was no update at all. Neither there was any intimation for COVID guidelines or documents required.
*. After repeated reminder Mr Doshant Verma had sent mail regarding visa documents on *th November, on **th November we have submitted all visa documents in your Visa office Gurgaon.
*. Till **th November my passport have not been returned back, after rigorous follow up luckily I have got visa with my passports on **th November. I have called visa team atleast ** times however I have not got any proper response at any point of time. This was very disappointing.
*. Finally I went to Singapore on **th November, in late evening Singapore time I received call from make my trip and she advised me that while returning back from Singapore one of my daughter need RTPCR, but there is no RTPCR required at time of departing from India. I checked this * times from her she said yes while departing no RTPCR required. You may check call recording at that time.
*. When my husband and my * kids were at airport in India, air India didn,t allowed them to board as they said my ** year old daughter need RTPCR , SPUTNIK is not valid in Singapore. My husband got panicked and informed me this. I tried calling Meenakshi and MMT customer care but no one answered my call. Unfortunately I have to cancel **th Nov ticket and had to take same flight for next day. Air India charged me ***** INR for this. My husband and * kids was very upset but they had no choice , they had to return back home from Airport.
*. Finally my family got there on *nd Dec Morning.
**. Till *nd Dec morning I have not got any call or detail for my package or itinerary. I have called so many time to Meenakshi then she said she will arrange call for me.
**. I was waiting at my hotel for pick up but there was no intimation from your team.
**. Every time I have to call the concern person in MMT to get my schedule, there was no upfront information from your side. Very very bad experience.
**. In Wings of time the ticket checker didn’t allowed us in, after lot of efforts I was able to get in.
**. Finally when we have to come to india , when I asked, then the concerned lady told us that only my ** years old daughter will need RTPCR while returning back to India , But I have no trust left with make my trip hence I did RTPCR for my both daughter ** years and ** years and we flew back to India on *th Dec.
**. Trust me it was my worst experience with MMT, each and every point I felt harassed.
Solution
*. I need my refund for Air India charge I paid extra for changing of ticket from **th Nov to ** Dec.
*. Also I need my refund immediately INR **** paid.
Please treat above very urgent or else I will take help of social media and file a complaint in consumer court.
