Make My Trip - Refund Issue

I booked a ticket in Make My Trip on Sep * for my upcomming travel ( Booking ID: NN*A*SRH*********** ). Today I got a information from the Airline that they cancelled the flight and reschedule it. Due to this I cancelled the flight booking and raised the refund request. In sometimes the Airline send me information that they the refund amount is successfully processed by their side and credited to the travel agency's account. But they still tell me the refund is not approved from the Airline. After credited also they still haven't updated anything on the application.
