I have raised many requests and tried to connect with customer support for **-** times. Still not getting any irrelevant response every time.
I booked tickets on **th oct for the trip dated **th Nov and MMT team told me that i will get the e-tickets by **nd Nov! Like really is it a joke? I haven’t received any Airline conformation of my ticket yet and they asked me to wait till **nd Nov when the trip begins by **th nov.
I asked to send me written commitment that i will get my tickets by **th and the team
Actually denied committing it to me.
Worst service at the part of MMT. Never knew that they are so ridiculous in providing services.
I am serving the last request to either refund the ***% of the money i have paid or Commit me with airline ticket confirmation or i have to move legally with the help of DGCA.
