Syed Mohd Askari filed complaint against Make My Trip on Sep 6, 2024
Passenger Junaid Khan cancelled his flight directly from Indigo by using split Pnr given to him from Indigo , And then he raised a refund for his name on MMT app for this booking by selecting only his name .
(Booking id : NF*A*NO************)
Now the problem is next morning Passenger Syed Mohd Askari receives a mail from Indigo that his ticket has been cancelled . ON further enquiry we are told that it was Done by MAKE MY TRIP , now on contacting Make my trip support they tell that we have only issued cancellation for MR JUNAID and for Mr Syed Mohd Askari he can still board the flight , but then on telling them whole problem they call the Indigo airline to confirm it and Indigo airline on call itself tells the MAKE MY TRIP AGENT that ticket has been cancelled from MAKE MY TRIP side only . Now even on knowing that it's MAKE MY TRIP fault , I have not received any response from them . Even the trip is showing completed on MAKE MY trip app while both ticket was already cancelled and no PNR was working. They said that they will call back within **hrs but not a single satisfactory response received from MAKE MY TRIP SUPPORT.
Problem is when we have raised request for cancellation and refund for just * passenger due to medial reasons and even used splitted PNR but then too whole ticket was cancelled .When we have not issued any cancellation for Mr Syed Mohd Askari then why was his ticket being cancelled
The other passenger Mr Syed Mohd Askari was supposed to board the flight but since ticket has already got cancelled without his concent he was not even able to board the flight.
