I have taken a contract with just dial on oct-**** on the name of shrived enterprises. Executive came to me to fill the contract. I have made lot of complained regarding not getting proper response. I was not satisfied with the services. Contract was not fulfilling commitment done by your executive. So that I has given request on **/**/**** to stop the contract. Then i have received a call from Shivani and she told me that your contract will be stopped and no ECS will be charged.
Now deduction of Rs *** has been again started from **-july-****. I have called to customer support, they are saying that your contract is converted in weekly made. It has been done by without my concern.
Total amount has been deducted till date is Rs.****. Please take the correct action and refund this amount as soon as possible.
