The ECS amount(Rs ****) for a service in justdial(Evidence attached) has been stopped stating by your employee that if we open another service in justdial by making payment through credit card, the current service will be stopped and we also did the same. The ECS amount(RS ****) has been debited and also charges of Rs *** has been debited. I confirmed many times with your employee that the ECS amount will not be debited and he assured me that it won't be debited. Because of this act my cibil rate also got affected. Kindly refund me the amount charged(Rs ***) and send me a NOC of the same so that I can provide it to the bank. I have also attached the evidence for your reference. Expecting your response as soon as possible
