Y V filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 13, 2021
Make My Trip charged wrong cancellation of my ticket NF************** and Is now not taking a corrective action on it , inspite of Airline giving me in writing that it's make my trip fault that they charged wrongly. They have advised it can be rectified , but Make my trip has to do it. Make my trip is not doing it , it's been more than One month I am facing harassment of long long hold...My time being wasted and every time I need to explain the entire matter to new agent and he or she again saying time by giving false hope if it getting solved , manager promising call back and not calling back , case being created and getting closed without it getting resolved , Case Reference No.*****************.
Air Vistara Nodal Team also said they have received multiple complain about Make My Trips dishonest behavior..
Kindly help in getting my refund. I have attached proof if Airline's communication.
