I have been a customer of hathway from **mar,****. I have made complaint on Friday in the morning . I have been informed that technician would arrive by EOD and fix it. But they didn’t and I have called back on Friday night and sat morning and I was said the same. They keep on repeating the same and asked me to wait till Monday and when I call now. There’s no response. I have asked for refund and disconnect the services. But they’re shouting at me that they will not disconnect the service and the plan is active. Being the cx how many times do I have to call back and wait ? I am so vexed with this.
