- Worst experience ever in an international flight Open

First of the Date of this complaint is for **/June/**** and I am unable to change the year from **** to ****.
I have never felt so bad travelling to India through any Airline ever. *) First when we came to the Airport in Newark, the very surprise was they telling us to handle the baggage transfer from Delhi Airport to Domestic flight and they never reported this while booking ticket or anything, if we would have known it during ticket booking, we would have not gone for Air India.
*) when we went inside the flight, I have been seated in the worst Seats ever that was so horrible that my body got into severe pain after my long travel. I could not even sit in any other chairs for sometime, instead i need to sit in the ground because of pain.
*) The TVs dont work, unfortunately with all this worst experience in sitting in the chair if the TVs did not work, we would really feel horrible.
*)The food were provided very late and we suddenly felt very hungry in between the meals.
*)Some of the Air hostess dont even smile at the customer, even though its simple this isnt good for customer service.
*) we came down and picked our bags, we saw one of our copassenger who was pregnant and we tried to take her baggage for her. This should have been done by the Airplane for her, but they are so busy fixing things and doing something that is not really important than taking care of old people and pregnant woman.
*)After pushing the baggage when we went for check in for the baggage, there was no proper coordination, people were treated poorly, and all the people who need to go early were affected because the current timing flight baggages was not properly check in so they told us to wait and people were so much irritated to keep the baggage and wait and wait.
*) When we requested for the pregnant woman to checkin for one hand luggage for very less weight, the attendant told that we need to pay for the bag. As she did not wanted to pay money for such a less amount we moved on. If these flight treat international customers like this, then why do they need to competite internationally. Its fine sit in India and do damage only for India.. dont spoil our country name before the world.
*) After that we helped her get to her gate and moved to our place gate **, they changed the gate and made it delayed to * hour. However, the flight for hyderbad was boarded on current time but our domestic flight to chennai was changed gates and then delayed.
**) We sat in the floor as we could not sit in the seats because of the body pain. The domestic flight was getting delayed, so I went and complained everything to the attender there and told i will never come in AirIndia again, all his reaction was I can surely not come in Air India, its fine for him. He never apologized or told he will make sure that this does not happen again. He simply told its fine for him if I choose next time any other flight.I clearly told him that the we spent *.* Lakhs for our travel up and down and after spending so much money we were treated as garbage and I told him to please remove India name from Air India as I dont want anyone who is less efficient to spoil my country name before Americans or other Country.
**) All his reaction was like he does not care if I dont come in Air India. I dont know what I will facing in my return travel. My ticket could get Cancelled, My baggages could vanish and for the most, My flight would be in terrible accident. but it seems like **s India and no one really cares. One of the fellow passenger was Amercian, he was so irritated for the whole travel.
If you are rich person and looking for real life experience and how life is hard, then you can choose Air India. but for all others for whom the life is horrible, and does not have time for all this bullshit, its going to be one of the worst life day of your life. Its very unfortunate to see that these type of people represent India internationally who does not care. Its not about money, its about dignity and respect to one another, which is negative infinity in Air India. In the whole travel, there was only two Air hostess who were good with us. So I think I should be happy that I did not die because of an air crash, or My baggage did not got stolen, or I did not die because of heart ache because of all the stress given by these people.
