I have purchased an Item "Orient Electric Smartcool Dx CP2002H 20 Litres Air Cooler" . I ordered it on 7th Apr 2018. I got it on Deal offer for 5200. Normal price was 5500. I purchased with No Cost EMI. Everything was fine and was in proper track. Today i got message from amazon and courier which is GatiKwe(www.gatikwe.com) stating item is out for delivery. I waited til evening and no call from courier. I called on the number provided and it was found wrong. Later i got Message the item was returned back to warehouse as the customer not accepted to receive item. Actually the customer was waiting for the item when amazon and Gati did this unacceptable thing. Especially saying customer rejected as the item found damaged. I called on amazon customer care and not at all satisfied with the service. Need a better Resolution for this.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
