Our wifi is not giving proper range until * months back everything was proper and even I could give my online exams until one service guy came and changed the router to tp link and took away our Hathaway router and then again things were messed up wifi is not giving any range and not working properly and again we called up in customer service and ‘Kinjer singh’ was appointed and he came as we the family members just proceeded to tell him what is happening to the range and everything he was being very rude ,he was shouting on elders,customers and telling us that we are the problem makers we have our neighbors as proof who was misbehaving and shouting he didn’t evn care to listen to us and started shouting . One last thing that * years back Hathaway was amazing but now the service has got very bad. Sorry for the unkind words but yes we are facing it and that too during exams.
