Someswara Naga Chaithanya filed complaint against Eureka Forbes Aquaguard on Mar 30, 2023
I have ordered Water purifier on **rd March ****. It is deliverd one day late by **th March ****, than the expected date **th March ****.
Product installation is planned on or before **th March ****. After many follow ups the engineer visited for the installation on **th March ****.
Engineer has identified that the product has manufacturing defect of outer box fitting. He tried fixing that, But he could not able to fix it.
I have placed the replacement request on **th March ****. Same day I have attached the product images as requested by the Flipkart customer support.
**th March **** the issue has been closed with out providing any resolution. Same day I spoke to customer support and opened the replacement request again. But immediate next day that request also closed.
I am trying to open the request again and again from the Flipkart application, But support team is closing the ticket with out providing any resolution.
How many days do I need to wait for the product after paying the money? I need the product replacement soon.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
