On **th March ****, official sales personnel from Eureka Forbes visited my home and collected an advance payment for an EDEN Water Purifier (Receipt Number : SO*******. Invoice number : I***********). Delivery and installation were promised for **th March ****.
However, by **th March, there was still no visibility on the delivery. Consequently, I requested a refund via email and submitted a cancelled cheque, with the Grievance team in copy. Despite several days having passed, there has been no resolution from Eureka Forbes.
