I have renewed my AMC for * year yesterday and raised service request also as my Aquaguard is not working properly.There is no response to me at all from the application or whatsapp or any other person.i personally requested to provide invoice on my email id then I got bill for which I paid yesterday.i don't understand the nature and intention of the service provided by you.my service was scheduled on ** th June which is today at * o clock but there also no response at all despite making * calls to the customer care service.pls help me to get service which I paid for.
