- Wasted my time. Spoked with me for hours giving false statements saying that I am eligible for SBI d Open
I tried to buy a laptop using SBI debit card. From advertisement and Amazon page I found that sbi debit card has emi eligibility. So I tried to use that option but I got failed. I contacted customer support and they told me many steps like sending sms, trying with lesser amount and all. Everything is done but no use. They suggested me to visit bank. I completely wasted my time and went where I became a fool they looked at me wierdly. Then again I called them now they told only hdfc is allowed. And again when I spoke they told only few products. It goes on it will never stop. They don't know what they are selling or how simply playing with customers. I got deeply hurt because of this. Flipkart within just minute by sending an sms clearly stated that emi is not available for me. So I am happy with them but Amazon increased my expectations to high and threw from there to down. Definitely this is not the right way they treat their customers. False advertising should be stopped. I am attaching even Amazon page here where they mention SBI debit card emi eligibility. This is fooling entire India. Serious action should be taken against them. If possible I will also try to get all the conversation I talked with them.
Please take serious action against them. They played with me.
