Dear Sir/Madam.
I am Vidushi Sinha called your office not less than ** times in last **days for the same complaint, but people are coming and going without any solution on my complaint .
I am writing this mail with great hope for further action, also escalating it to government body AS you people are not listening, what ever consequences, happened in future, you are only solely responsible.
i had purchased not only washing machine, also extended warranty services with the same, and paid your company the full amount., now i want to return only the machine, as it is not going to resolve by you.
also i put mental, harassment of more than ** days ,regarding the same and my monitory losses.
