I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the damaged product i received from Reliance Digital Una and Rajpura Store which have cheated me by delivering damaged product and that also the product which was billed on ** march **** to someone else who rejected the product and then it was sold to me on *th july **** by Reliance Digital una store and shipped by Rajpura store. I got to know this when I saw the billing date in the Reliance digital app of this product in my profile section which was showing **th march **** a few days back and very cleverly they have changed it to *th july **** after my complaint. . The complete detail of cheating case is as described below:
I have purchased the Refridgerator having Product no KEL REF COMPACT **L**L *S KRC-A***SGP vide tax invoice no A**D********** dt **-**-**** from Reliance digital Una (HP). Since it was not in stock, Store Manager Mr Gurmeet Singh told me that the fridge will be shipped from their Rajpura store and will be delivered at my address and expected date of delivery will be *th of July. But it got delivered on the afternoon of *th july **** i.e. on saturday. I took the delivery and asked the delivery person for a demo of the product. They said there will not be any demo and you can open it on your own. Since it was the weekend I kept the fridge as it is and left for my hometown and returned back on *th evening and opened the fridge and found two major dents on its body. After that I registered on the ResQ app and submitted my complaint with Service Id C*********. After one or two days a technician visited and took photographs and submitted the report to Reliance Digital Customer Care.
After that the status of complaint was that it will be resolved by **th july and till date it is showing the same. Since I didn't receive any communication from Reliance digital i mailed them multiple times to which there reply was very casual as wait for * days or more.
Now last week on **th aug i received call from Reliance digital Una from some lady executive and she said that we have approval for replacement of your fridge but it is valid till **th of aug **** but we are out of stock of this product and we can offer you **L fridge of BPL or any other fridge in ***L capacity in same price. I said I have purchased this ** L fridge as this size fridge can only serve my purpose and I don't want a fridge of any other capacity. So I told her that I can do one thing: that you can give me a discount over damages if you don't have the same product. She said ok you send me pictures of damages and i will talk to my seniors.
I sent pics on whatsapp on ********** on **th aug but didn't get any reply. I called today on the same mobile no and that lady executive misbehaved with me as she used lines like " you should have common sense". I told her to get me connected to their Manager but he didnot come on call.
Now Company is saying that we cant replace your product and offering coupon worth *% and that too i have to go ** km to get coupon worth Rs ***/- which I think is not justified.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
