I purchased washing machine from : Consulting Rooms Private Limited on **th Mar **** , and it is under warranty for * years , I asked them that machine is not working on **th Dec **** , kindly fix or replace the machine , but they are not doing anything and giving false promises to repair parts. Its been ** days , still company has not resolved the problem
