I bought a side by side refrigerator from Godrej dealer Texmo agency at Kayamkulam on **th January ****.
**-**-** Complied through Texmo Agencies as the refrigerator is not cold also complaint was registered online on **-**-****(Call no ******).
* days the technician came and went but none of them could even find the complaint yet.
The medicine stored for my medical needs got spoiled.
I have lost faith in this product because it broke within * months of purchasing such an expensive model and the failure of company technicians to diagnose the complaint. Gas filled and checked on the **-**-****.But still fridge is not cooled In the online compliance status, the wrong information was recorded that the gas could not be filled.
Therefore, the company has taken back this model and informed that action should be taken to refund the money.
