Byjus - Want to stop EMI and want refund if possible

I enrolled in Byju's **** November ** and Byju's fraud with me and no one responds and keeps the phone hang on always .I tried several times but I am not able to cancel my course they are number .* fraud and not even helping .they just keep giving calls to random and always ensure that the work will be done but it is never done .we are middle classes men are every * day of the month the amount of ***** is deducted we are barely able to survive and can't even meet the household purchases due to this please. help they always give call to salesman but they no higher authorities have ever talked to us .
