Since last Thursday I raised this issue that is am not able to use my wallet amount for new booking. I didn't get the otp in my emails address when try to use the wallet amount .
Booking ID - EMT********, EMT********
When could I expect to solve this issue. I am just fed up calling customer care and sending mails to ur company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
