I had a booking from EaseMytrip from Kolkata to Kochi in Air India Express. Booking id is EMT*********. After that the flight was cancelled by the Airlines only. The airlines mentioned that they have refunded the full amount to EaseMyTrip. EaseMyTrip customer case executive also confirmed the same on **th June, ****. Since then I had numerous follow up in calls and emails, but they have not refunded the money back to my account. Every day they are saying to wait for ** to ** hours. It's been *th day today, I don't have that amount back and I am blocked to book another flight as the earlier one is cancelled.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
