Easemytrip - Refund not given for cancelled flight

I had booked my ticket with Ease My Trip booking reference EMT********* sector - HLP-YIA. I got an email and WhatsApp from Ease My Trip that the flight has been cancelled on Oct *. I have given refund request on Oct *. I have still not got refund from ease My Trip even though I made payment to them and also paid convenience. For last two months they are saying that they will refund when they get it from Airline. They have not been able to show any correspondence with the airline. I did not deal with the airline. I paid EaseMyTrip so they should refund me the Rs ***** paid for two tickets. It has been two months I should also get interest for the delay. I have called and written to them at least ** times but every time they are saying we will revert when the airline refunds.
