Hi, I tried to book ticket from Delhi to patna - Vistara UK-*** on *nd August ****(**/**/****) at *:** am Money has been deducted but ticket booking is stuck from past * day with no booking details I reached out to easemytrip team but they are denying any refund and not supporting me for the refund for the undelivered service of flight booking Now i am left with no option and i need to travel on this flight *th August but due to this fraud and misleading service i am left with no flight option and if i try to book flight now it will be of more cost. ********** suman**dude@gmail.com Attachments: Payment details - via simpl app Transaction ID - ********* Resolution: I want total refund from of Rs **** and compensation of Rs *,**,*** for the loss and mental agony i have gone through
