I ordered Butter Paneer Masala Sub and Crunchy Paneer Sub from Fresh Pantry, Sector **, Panchkula through Zomato App on ** August **** on **:**AM. The food had a housefly and hair in it due to which I put a complaint on Zomato's app and was refunded only Rs.**/- in form of Zomato Credits. Now, my order was worth Rs.***/- out of which Rs.***/- was paid using voucher and Rs.**/- as online payment through freecharge app. I tweeted the matter after which I got a call from Zomato from +************ and they promised to refund Rs.**/- to my freecharge account and revert my Rs.***/- worth voucher. The money was refunded but I am still not able to use the voucher. My Order Number : **********. I want my voucher value back in form of money or Zomato credits as even if Zomato reverts back my voucher I won't be able to use it as it's validity is till **.**.****. And I also want compensation for the harassment in the hands of Zomato. I have attached screenshots of the voucher applied, the chat with Zomato representative and the housefly in food.
