I am a videocon D*H customer with customer ID *********. Every now and then, there is some problem with D*H signals and whenever I call customer care, instead of resolving the problem from their end, they insist on sending an engineer to my home, and charge an amount for this. This has been going on since several days. Even now, my D*H telecast is going on and off in every few seconds, and customer care is insisting upon sending an engineer to my home which will incur a cost. This has been their method of neglecting the customer issues and keep on charging him regularly. Please intervene to help.
