My set top box is not working I made a call on customer support for Videocon D*H they taken a complaint and told the technician will visit within ** hrs and set top will change and *** rs will be charged
But till the date no technician visit is done
I called them daily basis they always told technical team will call u but never called me
Still the set top box is not changed or repaired

Replace / Fix problem
Damages for loss and agony
