I have a Videocon d*h connection with customer id *********. I have already registered a complaint of signal loss on August **,****. But till date ,**th August, no technical support given from their end.
In my follow up calls with customer care, they are offering that the issue will be solved within ** hrs .
Now ** days are over. They didn't provide any assistance ' instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience '
In Kerala, this is festival season of Onam and family wishes to watch somany tv programs together from home .
And one more thing I have to mention here. ** days validity is already passed without watching the tv. Only we have seen ' signal not found'.
No solution from their end .
Very worst customer service from Videocon d*h.
