I have recharged my Videocon d*h account ******** on **/**/**** **.** pm. But it's showing on screen that you have insufficient account balance. And I am not able to view any channel till date. I have been contacting customer support team daily and getting same answer that it would be resolved tomorrow. But no action is being taken. It has been * days I am calling frequently but in vain. They shamelessly repeat their same answer. I am fade up of this harrasment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
