I have ordered one product and received product was different. I have received product on *-August-****.
I have complaint them on call and mails from *-August-****.
I have called them ** times from which three times they have picked my phone.
I have mail them on *-August-****.
Call experience :
Same formatted replies replies sorry sir sorry sir blah blah.
*st time call : They registered my complaint and told me to write down complaint number [Oh man Jio is one of the digit platform itself and they say we don't have SMS and Mail service to forward complaint number.
In between days passed.
*nd time call : I called them for updates. what they did can you guys guess it ? they registered new complaint without resolving previous complaints. [even tough I requested him many times don't closed previous complaint --this I came to know on my third call to them]
*rd time call : Oh No what mess she was talking about god knows.
I simply requested her to transfer my call to manager -- reply from her : Sir we cannot transfer your call to our manager -- we have instructions not to forward any call to managers.
My replies to her : Are you doing your job as individual with no people connected? every knows there is hierarchy of working --every has to report to manager.
Her reply again after insisting her to forward my call to manager --No sir we can't --I will forward your complaint on personal basis .[who does this --totally messed].
NOTE : I have each and every recording of the Calls.
Mails replies from JioMart :
First reply : *-August-**** : They forward reference number for interactions NOT registered my complaint.
Second reply : *-August-**** : They forward and registered my complaint on *-August-****.
Third reply : **-August-**** : They forward NEW complaint new again.
Fourth reply : **-August-**** : They forward NEW complaint new again.
Fifth reply : **-August-**** : They forward NEW complaint new again.
In above conversations from call and mails they simply said we will take this on priority blah blah.
[See we are humans and we do mistakes its ok. its ok wrong product received BUT its NOT ok we don't take any actions!]
