Booking modified * times at multiple locations. Engine breakdown, dead suspension, battery issue, AC issue, extremely low engine oil level, heating issue. Car stopped in between roadway. Had to modify hotel bookings, cancel flights, push car. We had booked Alcazar weeks before our trip and few minutes before the car pickup we got a notification that the car is not available and Ecosport was given as an alternative in new location, we went to the new location and the owner refused to give the car. Then KUV*** was given at a very far location followed by CIAZ.That shitty car had no pickup, stopped in between the roadway, had to push car, very very poor customer service, had to literally wait for HOURS on calls just to hear dissatisfactory statements. On calling them n number of times, we were given an option that we can get the car repaired and upto *k can be refunded. Our repair costs were higher. The repair time took a lot of time and we had to pay extra to wait for the car to get repaired. We had to cancel our bookings, flights and trains just bcas of ZOOMCAR and we got delay in returning the car and they were demanding extended time charges from us. Before we gave for repair we were told that they would adjust the time and later they refused. We have wasted a lot of money and lot of time and just ended up ruining our trip. Zoomcar is charging additional money for delay. We were mentally tortured by zoomcar by making us wait for hours on soo many calls & leaving us on such helpless state on roads. We want our total refund along with the compensation of flights and extra bookings that we had to suffer because of ZOOMCAR.
