Vishal Duke filed complaint against Make My Trip on Feb 8, 2023
************************************************ Attention we have not received any call or email from MMT after our trip and escalation with the support team **************************************************
Recently we completed my trip, and I am emailing about issues that we have faced and how badly MMT executives have responded to my concerns, they were not attentive nor were they flexible for the HELP.
DAY *::
On **th Jan ****, when we reached Bangalore, we got CAB which is supposed to be AC, but since CAR has some issues with it, the driver convinced us that he will repair it when we have Lunch breaks during travel to the COORG.
But when we reached * PM, the same day Driver said it will take * hour to fix it, by the time our lunch finishes, he will bring a car with AC but he has not reached on time what he promised us.
We were sitting idle just before Mysoure for more than * hours and ** minutes, and he reached the FOOD hotel. During this time I and my wife called him so many times but he didn't confirm how much time he will take and sometimes he never received our calls, we were so frustrated as we have our * year Son with us and we were halted in the hotel in between road which is a new place and that day Temperature was asl HOT, neither FOOD hotel has AC and how much time we can sit in a hotel for FOOD.
Also in the meantime Driver came to HOTEL for eating food without talking to us he asked the waiter to add his BILL to our bill
We even tried calling the Car Care number where that number EXISTED
At *:** or before we also reached MMT Customer care where the Customer executive neither helped us with this issue nor even SHE [Rekha ] neither understand the issue well
instead, of supporting us or understanding the issue we are facing she was asking us why didn't we reach MMT and all, etc...
I urge you to go through all recordings with Executives
On the same day after * pm, I got a call from Car Leasing Company Manager, where he apologized for an issue which we faced and he ready for compensation
We reached Coorg Hotel after *:** PM
DAY *::
When we got the call again from MMT, they compensated us with **** rupees where we asked them to pay us the Upgrade Cost which we paid on **th Jan **** of the hotel
As we faced a lot of issues on DAY *, and they have not taken any confirmation, even though they have asked us we never confirm or said YES to what they are offering
Now our question is HOW the MMT executive calculated **** rupees as compensation for DAY *,
also, REKHA executives transferred this call to Senior, at that time she was promoted behind him, if she can not assist with the problem then why she was promoted behind him
while explaining the issue our phone HUNG up later I never received a call from MMT and they initiated **** rupees as compensation without our confirmation
I urged you to look into this issue, as I have already reopened the ticket but it got closed again without providing a resolution
I was still waiting to get it, this is my FINAL email, if still, MMT can not look into it, then I have to raise this with Consumer Court
I did not pay my hard-earned money to get such a service, if there is a problem then there has to be a proper solution with having both sides agree upon it, but with us, it's a decision made by MMT and processed **** rupees confirmation.
On **th Jan ****, the driver took my signature on a blank page and later he added the itinerary which he has shown us but out of this many itineraries, we have not seen.
We have seen the below places but the driver mentioned all the places which are part of Itenary, why is there a discrepancy when he has not shown us places at least have some courtesy to Audit what he showed us. , I have attached photos for the same.
