Had booked vehicle for a day trip at trichy on **th May. Payment made. When I went to pick the car, car was not available at location, and host declared that vehicle is not available. Hence I need to cancel the trip making my family wait from **.** hrs till **.** hrs in road in getting the vehicle. Request for refund of debitted amount.
