Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I purchased Vediocon Digital HD Set top Box with Radio Frequency Remote on **-Jan-**** on Vediocon d*h website I paid Rs ****. It should be delivered and installed to my location with in ** hours. It not get installed . After that *** times I called the customer Care and had a talk with couple of supervisor s and managers too of Vediocon and no one resolved my issue.
I got mental strain and my time got wasted because I should be in hold on call for ** mins at least .
As it won't get installed anymore compensate me ,Physically and mentally I got strain much.
I hope my issue will be resolved.
