Dear Hero Electric Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your urgent attention the issues I am facing with my Hero Electric Photon LP scooter.

I reside in Mira Bhayandar and have been relying on the services of Fam Solution, the local Hero Electric dealer, for maintenance and repairs. However, for the past one and a half months, I have been unable to get my scooter serviced, and the key socket is also not working. This has rendered my scooter unusable, causing significant inconvenience.

Upon contacting Fam Solution, I was informed that they have resigned from their position as a Hero Electric dealer due to a lack of support from the company, and their shop is now closed. This leaves me in a difficult situation, with no access to the necessary service and repairs for my scooter.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Please guide me on the next steps to get my scooter serviced and repaired as soon as possible. Additionally, please provide information on the nearest authorized service center or alternative arrangements to ensure my scooter is back in working condition.
