- Defective Bike sold by Hero Electric Pvt Ltd and not helping with refund ^Closed

I would like to log a complaint against Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd as they have sold a manufacturing defective vehicle to me. I have been facing the vehicle stopping issue since *st day from the date of purchase. I have reported the issue to the Hero Electric service centre & Dealership team many times and requested for refund by taking the defective bike. But they have not fixed the issue. I have attached the related complaint details on this grievance attachments. Due to the manufacturing defect, the vehicle is not functioning as expected & it caused an accident to us on **th April ****.

I would like to escalate this to concerned department to take an action against the Hero Electric & Dealership team and I need my refund of the vehicle as I have submitted vehicle, related documents, keys & helmet to the K Motors Service Centre.
