Dear Team
I booked baikunth resorts in kasauli for the dates *th December'** to **th December'** with booking ID NH**************.
I modified the same within a gap of a hour due to some urgency. I again did the booking and paid for the baikunth resorts from new dates with booking ID NH**************.
I did not cancelled any booking i modified the same then THERE IS NO SENSE IN PAYING TWICE THAT TOO THIS MUCH BIG AMOUNT. Nobody will do the same. The booking was not cancelled. It was modified the same day. This is total unacceptable and this is purely harrasment to the customer.
I had a word with one of your team member Mr. Kapil he said the refund is under process. Now today a lady called and said the same is not possible you will give some credit note. I am not interested for the same. I need my amount back on priority.
You are such a big brand giving all the services do not harass your customer. You yourself will not pay twice.
Kindly look into the matter on priority basis.
