I have been cheated urban company ,Even im unable to raise the concern on there portal as there is no chat option coming to complain against the plumber who was sent by Urban company at our home to get the water motor repaired. Plumber name is Pushpendra Kumar and not only he is arrogant but also threatened us if we make complain to Urban Company against him.Not only does he cheats the customers but also the URBAN COMPANY from where he gets work on daily basis. He gives his personal number and asks customers to give him call directly then making request thru the URBAN COMPANY to avoid giving commission to the company.He took Rs **** to get water motor repaired and gave assurance that now there wont be any issues however next day motor stopped working and when we called him he didnt answered the calls and now running away. I urge URBAN COMPANY to get my issue resolved and not associate such employees who are not trustworthy and spoiling there reputation .
