Urban Company - Urban company person spoiled my jaguar fiitings and scratched all of it

The urban company guy who came for intense cleaning of bathroom , used some kind of chemical and sharp objects that after a few days of the booking has left spoiled my jaguar fittings and the new fittings looks tarnished and he used some kind of sharp object that all the fittings are full of scratches.
The company makes claims that it uses defined chemicals and i asked the guy who came for cleaning whether any acid is being used ,he denied at that time. But now i paid money for intense deep cleaning of my * bathrooms, just to make it even worse and have incurred huge expensive loss as all the branded fittings are spoiled. Highly unsatisfied and i am unable to get my complaint resolved through the company.
