I booked a cleaning service on Monday *am and scheduled it for Wednesday, and paid ₹*** in advance payments. Due to some family emergency we won't be available on Wednesday, and tried to cancel the booking on Monday itself at *pm. But they are saying I'll be charged *** for the cancellation. When there's no mention of any cancellation fees during the booking. Or no pages for cancellation and refund policies in their platform.
