An airtel broadband connection was taken in the month of January **** and it was only for * months package. Bill amount of around Rs. **** was paid in advance for this connection(which includes GST)
We have not used this connection after February ****.
This connection should have been disconnected after * months(end of March ****) from Airtel. But,We are surprised to get a bill of Rs.****.** to our address.
We are not entitled to receive this bill.
There are many people who are victims like this and will never ever take Airtel services. When will Airtel stop this looting and cheating business?
