Uber people are cheating the customers by unneccessarily deducting money for incorrect reasons. I woukd like to mention about two incidents one of adding an incorrect waiting fee and another deducting money from my account though the cancellation was done by their driver. These incidents happened * days apart. At tge second instance when i raised this issue they immidiately returned the money (It was a small sum) and then i felt so bad about their insensitivity and cheating that I raised the fist issue as well and they returned that money as well. So i did not loose any money but I want to complain because it bothers me as a customer that my service provider who should treat me so that i bulid trust. Rather they are leaving no opportunity of cheating their customers by deducting small sums of money which usually we don't bother because we tend to value our time instead of fighting over small amounts. So i suppose in totality they must be cheating all their customers occassionally to make money. This is not a good practice and should be brought to notice of relevant authorities in tge interest of creating a fair society. I believe i want to live freely instead of always being of guard that i live in a society where even big companies are playing on the wrong side.
