Videocon D2h - Unable to login into the account

I am a registered user of Videocon d*h. I am unable to login into my account as I need to create the package as per new TRAI guidelines. I have raised so many complaints to Videocon customer care but every time they are registering my complaint as a new one and saying me to wait for ** to ** hours. Its more than one month now and still getting the same revert.
I tried to create my package by calling customer care but they said they do not subscribe to family packages through phone, and please subscribe through our website, which I am not able to log in.
Now I don't want any resolution, please ask them to take their scrap box and return my money. One more important thing is if you tried to contact their customer care, be ready they could spoil your whole day.
