Dear Team,
I admit i had good internet service with Airtel all these years.
However when it comes to disconnecting the service, I'm unable to go past Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to submit my cancellation request. Airtel has made is impossible to submit cancellation request and continues to bill which is completely unacceptable.
I tried via IVR many many many times but it was unsuccessful. Disconnection details are not clear from Mobile App, Website & IVR is with full of flaw and in this COVID-** situation it is not advisable to visit store.
So I only managed to pause my service(via mobile App) which reduced my payment by **%. After almost calling **-** times to helpdesk i managed to talk to customer executive but only to hear that my account cannot be discontinued since i have paused the service. So i was asked to resume the service(resume means ***% billing) and after business *hours, I was asked to call the customer care to submit cancellation request(this is were i felt consumers are kicked like football)
*) My request to voxya, is to get my account service cancelled
*) Get the last * month of rent paid.
*) Ensure that in future Airtel does not send me notice for not doing the payment.
